Software Overview
Every Pedalpax Foot Pedal Unit ( Pedalpax SA1, Pedalpax SA1 Ultra, Pedalpax CA1, Pedalpax CA1 Ultra and Pedalpax SS1 ) shipped after January 1, 2006 is accompanied by Pedalpax Pro V1.0 configuration software.
Feet wanted the ability to program each Switch in their foot pedals to send from 1 to 5 keys to their PC's simultaneously. Furthermore they wanted these keys to be sent continuously as well. We have added this feature to the new "Keys" section ( pictured below ). Now a foot can do the work of five fingers just by stepping on a pedal.
Another requested feature that was added is the ability to put the CA1 and CA1 Ultra foot pedals in SA (single action mode). We have added the "Clear Switch" button so that you can temporarily clear either switch 1 or switch 2. They can be reprogrammed when your foot wishes to use the switches functionality again.
*** Pedalpax SA1 and SA1 Ultra contain 1 programmable Switch ( "Switch 1"). Pedalpax CA1, CA1 ULTRA and SS1 ULTRA contain 2 programmable switches ( "Switch 1" & "Switch 2"). The first stage in the CA1 and CA1 Ultra is "Switch 1". The second stage is "Switch 2". The Left side of the SS1 Ultra is "Switch 1" and the Right side "Switch 2".
