QUESTION: When I click on "Send To Pedal" I somtimes get a message saying "Report Check Failed" What's up with that?? I.B. A'Clicken, Austin, Texas
ANSWER: When the software sends the configuration to the pedal the pedal sends the information back to the software to verify that the information is correct. Depending on the activity on your USB Bus, i.e. how many devices are plugged in, the information is sometimes delayed causing a "Report Check Failed" message. Just click on "OK" and it will retransmit that information back to the pedal. When it has completed it will advise "Download Completed". We left this feature in for the initial software release and will remove it in a future release. Thanks I.B.
